0165(3)(a) - This licensor observed multiple planks that had fallen off of the back fence of the outdoor program space. These fallen planks had multiple accessible rusty nails protruding from them. 0165(4)(e) - Using DCYF issued thermometer, this licensor measured the main room handwashing sink temperature to be 125.6 degrees F. The restroom handwashing sink was measured at 129.5 degrees F.
